Two modular homes getting set later this month...

Our next two Ritz Craft homes are getting their finishing touches in the factory and headed to their sites! We are so excited to be building the Pioneer and the Eckley from Ritz Craft's Homestead series.
Pioneer
Our customers did some customization to this standard floor plan and added in some beautiful options & upgrades which include:
*Market Square "Expressions" siding
*Ceramic tile master bath shower
*"Floating" Entertainment Center pkg
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular home will be set in Standish, MI in just a couple weeks! Stay tuned as we post more of this home's progress.
Eckley
We wrote about the Eckley, a 1560 square foot ranch Homestead floor plan, a few months ago and we are happy to share this home will also be set later this month. This modular is going to Newaygo, MI.
Our customers added an exterior door to the dining room for an entry to the future site-built garage.
Some of the upgrades our customers added to the home include:
*Stainless steel appliance package
*Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms
*Ceramic tile shower in the master bathroom
