About Freedom Homes

Freedom Homes of Michigan is your destination for affordable modular homes in Michigan. We are a turn-key company that will oversee your entire project start to finish. Specializing in custom builds, we have thorough experience in new construction projects and we’d love the opportunity to build a home for your family.

Freedom Homes is owned and operated by Dave and Missy Carroll. Prior to starting Freedom Homes, the couple worked in the modular housing industry for 14 years, Missy as the Vice President of Sales, and Dave handled excavation and other site work. Not only does the couple have a history in the housing industry, but they have also owned and operated their own excavation company since 1983 along with building residential homes since 1996. They took their knowledge and experience from these companies to start Freedom Homes in the summer of 2018.
