Missy Carroll: Owner/President of Sales
Missy co-owns Freedom Homes with her husband, Dave. They started the business in 2018 after working for a modular housing company for 14 years. Missy leads all sales in the office. She helps clients find their dream floor plan, fill it with the best options suitable for each family’s needs, and helps keep each project on budget. Once the home details are finalized, Missy helps transition that project into its next phase: Site Preparation. Her goal is to help her customers understand what’s happening in their home building project every step of the way.
Dave Carroll: Owner/Site Coordinator
Dave is co-owner of Freedom Homes and leads all aspects of the site work portion of each home. He works with our team of subcontractors and our homeowners to help each job run smoothly. He has successfully run his own excavation company for over 35 years, so he has the experience and knowledge that is needed to run a job site. His goal is that each customer would have peace of mind throughout the entire project, knowing that their home is being taken care of. Dave’s attention to details ensures that even the smallest concerns are worked out.
Ashlie Hooper: Office Manager/Sales Assistant
Ashlie assists in sales along with managing daily operations of the office. She has work experience in the modular industry which brings a great strength to the Freedom Homes team. She assists with both sides of every home project: Sales and Site Work. From typing contracts to pulling the necessary site permits, Ashlie helps keep all aspects of the job running efficiently and on course.
Alyssa Crowther: Administrative Assistant
Alyssa is an awesome addition to the Freedom Homes team! She is friendly and outgoing and loves to assist our customers whether it be on the phone or in person at the office. She helps with various administrative tasks and is a huge help in keeping things running smoothly from day to day.
